Operating hours are from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and ticket sales close at 5 PM. Note that it is closed on Lunar New Year and Chuseok.

Operating hours for the tropical botanical garden are from 9 AM to 8 PM, while the outdoor garden can be accessed anytime around sunset.

A special tip is that the ‘GeoChuang On Spring’ festival will be held from May 16 to 18, and the waterway walkway is known as the best place to take life photos when the Changu flowers bloom.
