On May 5, 2025 (Monday), from 10 AM to 3 PM, the 47th Children's Grand Festival will be held at Daegu Children's World in Suseong-gu, Daegu, in celebration of the 103rd Children's Day.
This festival is filled with various programs such as performances, experiences, and games, and is expected to attract great interest from families.
In addition to Daegu, events celebrating Children's Day are also being held at Gyeongbokgung in Seoul, the National Folk Village, Hwaymyeong Ecological Park in Busan, and Centum City Cinema Center. How to Get to Daegu Children's Grand Festival
If you are using the subway, it is located about a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Children’s World Station on Daegu Urban Railway Line 3.
If you take a city bus, you should get off at the "In Front of Children's World" stop. The relevant routes are 100, 504, 814, 8140, Express 3, and Suseong 1.
Traffic congestion is expected around the event venue, so it is better to use public transportation.

Performance Schedule Information
At Kkokiri Theater, a special ceremony and children's musical will be showcased in celebration of Children's Day.
On the outdoor stage, there will be a mask dance time, a wonderful demonstration by a children's taekwondo demonstration team, and a science magic show along with a bubble & balloon show. Various programs are designed to provide children a joyful time.
Let's unleash creativity through experience activities.
In the 'Making Sphere' program, you can create beaded bracelets, fans, smart-toks, and more.
The 'Fun Sphere' offers face painting, job experiences, and 4th industrial experience, along with promotional booths available for children to participate in.
There are programs available that allow you to enjoy yourself.
The 'Fun Sphere' provides various play areas such as air bouncers, bubble playgrounds, pot playgrounds, paper house playgrounds, and car playgrounds.
Special Experience Information
The children's drawing contest will recruit the first 100 participants on-site.
Special gifts will be provided to participating children, and 300 participants in the experience booths will also receive gifts.
However, some programs or booths may end early due to weather changes or exhaustion of materials, so please keep this in mind.
Precautions for Visiting Dream Nuri Hall and Watching Performances
At Daegu Children's World, outdoor performances and experience programs can be enjoyed for free without reservations. However, online reservations are required to visit Dream Nuri Hall. Separate reservations are needed for performance tickets at Kkokiri Theater and entry tickets for Dream Nuri Hall.

Rainy Days are OK!
The events will proceed as scheduled even on rainy days. However, programs may change depending on rainfall and wind strength. Especially, the indoor experience space, Dream Nuri Hall, can be used comfortably on rainy days through prior reservations. If you want to spend a fun time indoors with your child on a rainy day, it is essential to make a reservation for Dream Nuri Hall.
