Charcoal and basic barbecue equipment are provided free of charge, but ingredients must be purchased separately.

A picnic area with views of the West Sea, local food sales, and busking performances are also planned.

Children’s shrimp catching is also worth considering if you’re visiting with kids.

Information says that visitors who complete the event survey can receive a free coupon for catching king prawns, but check on site for the quantity, distribution conditions, and availability.

Traffic around Daemyeong Port may be congested on the festival day, so using the free shuttle bus can ease the burden of parking.

Shuttle buses will run approximately every 20 minutes from the bus stop in front of Exit 1 of Gimpo Gold Line’s Masan Station to Daemyeong Susan at Daemyeong Port.

The temporary parking area is listed as having space for about 90 cars, so consider the possibility that it may be full when you arrive.

Shuttle intervals and pick-up and drop-off locations may change depending on traffic that day. If traveling with a stroller, check in advance whether it can be taken on board.
