Booking Mantra Hotels in Australia with Woori Card ALL Infinite | Accor Gold, Stay Plus & 14,000 Points

Why We Chose Hotels for Our Australia Trip

Image introducing accommodation choices for a family trip to Australia

In January 2027, we plan to travel to Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Sydney with 4 adults and 1 child, so choosing accommodation was our biggest concern.

Standard hotels often have a maximum occupancy of 2 people per room, so a family of 5 might need to book two rooms. With this in mind, we first looked for apartment-style hotels with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and laundry facilities.

It also occurred to us that we might be able to save on accommodation by using the Accor hotel membership benefits included with our previously issued Woori Card ALL Infinite.

Mantra, an Accor brand, operates apartment-style hotel rooms in Australia. Considering both room types suitable for families and Accor membership benefits, we chose Mantra accommodation in all three cities.

Woori Card ALL Infinite Benefits

Image showing Woori Card ALL Infinite's Accor partnership and annual fee

Woori Card ALL Infinite is a premium credit card partnered with global hotel group Accor.

The annual fee is 500,000 won, which is relatively high compared with standard cards. However, if you stay at hotels frequently or can make planned use of the related benefits, it may be worth considering the additional perks as well.

The benefits that especially caught my eye were 14,000 ALL Reward points and 2 Stay Plus free-night benefits.

According to the stated conversion, 14,000 points can be used toward 280 euros in accommodation costs. The amount in Korean won varies with the exchange rate, but is equivalent to around 400,000 won.

Separate conditions may apply to when points are issued, whether they can be used, and the various membership benefits, so it’s best to check the latest information from the card issuer and Accor.

Accor Gold and Stay Plus

Image explaining Accor Gold member benefits and reward points

One notable feature of ALL Infinite is that it provides Accor Gold member benefits as well as hotel reward points.

Key Accor Gold member benefitsinclude room upgrades subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out, and additional reward points on qualifying stays.

Gold members can earn 48% more stay reward points than regular members. However, room upgrades and adjustments to check-in and check-out times depend on hotel availability, so they should not be considered guaranteed benefits.

Image explaining the ALL Accor+ Explorer Stay Plus benefit

The benefit I was especially looking forward to was the ALL Accor+ Explorer Stay Plus 1+1 free-night benefit.

Stay Plus lets you get 1 night free when you book 2 or more nights, and is available twice in total during the membership period. It can be used at participating hotels in the Asia-Pacific region and the UAE.

Australia is also included in the eligible regions.

The two benefits cannot be applied together to one booking or used for consecutive stays. Eligible dates and rooms may vary by hotel, so check the terms before booking.

Also, Stay Plus free-night vouchers and ALL Reward points cannot be used together on the same booking.

So it was important to compare member discount rates, point redemptions, and rates with Stay Plus applied separately for each hotel to find the most suitable option.

Mantra South Bank Brisbanehas the advantage of being conveniently located for exploring South Bank attractions. We chose a 2-bedroom apartment-style room with a kitchen and laundry facilities; the rate for 3 nights is about 998,000 won.

Mantra Crown Towers on the Gold Coastis a family-friendly resort close to Surfers Paradise Beach. It looked like a good place to relax with a child, with an outdoor lagoon pool and children's play facilities.

Finally, Mantra 2 Bond Street in Sydneyis a city hotel with convenient access to Circular Quay and major attractions. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment-style room, and the rate for 3 nights is about 907,000 won.

When 5 people are staying, maximum occupancy or extra bedding rules can be an issue even for a room with two bedrooms. Before booking, check whether the room allows 4 adults and 1 child.

Overall: Using ALL Infinite for Travel

Image explaining why ALL Infinite benefits were used for a family trip to Australia

We chose Mantra for this family trip to Australia for reasons beyond its being an Accor brand.

Along with considering spacious rooms suited to a group of 5, cooking and laundry facilities, and access to attractions, the ability to use the points and hotel membership benefits of Woori Card ALL Infinitealso played a major role in our choice.

The 500,000 won annual fee may feel like a burden. However, if you make good use of the points equivalent to 280 euros, 2 Stay Plus free-night vouchers, and Gold member benefits, they may help offset the annual fee.

Image highlighting points to consider when comparing card benefits and hotel booking terms

However, whether you can use both Stay Plus benefits and whether the room rate after applying them is better than other booking options depend on each hotel's availability and terms.

Not every Accor benefit applies to every Mantra hotel and room, so check the terms for the specific property during the booking process.

If you’re planning a family trip to Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Sydney, you can compare Accor Mantra accommodation and ALL Infinite benefits.

After this trip, we plan to see how useful the room layout, convenience for a family of 5, Gold member services, and membership benefits actually were.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. How do I use the Stay Plus free-night benefit?
The benefit offers 1 night free when you book 2 or more nights and is available twice in total during the membership period, as described here.

Eligible hotels, dates, and rooms may be limited. The two benefits also cannot be combined in one booking or used for consecutive stays, so check the property's terms before booking.

Q. Can I use Stay Plus and ALL Reward points together on the same booking?
Under the terms described in this article, they cannot be used together on the same booking.

It’s best to compare member rates, point redemptions, and rates with Stay Plus applied separately and choose the option that offers the best value. Check Accor’s terms at the time of booking.

Q. Are room upgrades and late check-out guaranteed for Accor Gold members?
No. They may depend on room availability.

The Gold benefits described in the article include room upgrades, early check-in or late check-out, and other perks, but availability depends on the hotel’s room situation and applicable terms.

Q. What should a family of 5 check when booking a 2-bedroom room?
Check the room’s maximum occupancy, conditions for children, and whether extra bedding is available.

Not every room with two bedrooms permits 5 guests. Enter the occupancy accurately as 4 adults and 1 child on the booking page, and contact the hotel to confirm if necessary.
