Two Types of Busan Workation Applications

image

① ‘Stay + Workspace’ Package

The ‘Stay + Workspace’ program provides accommodation subsidies ranging from 3 to 10 nights and offers free use of the base and satellite centers. After applying, you must share your ID through the KakaoTalk channel.

To receive the support benefits, you must achieve a QR check-in rate of over 60% during your stay; if this condition is not met, refunds may be limited.

Therefore, you can utilize this opportunity to create a more efficient work environment along with accommodation subsidies.

② ‘Workspace’ Only Application

On the other hand, the ‘Workspace’ only option is suitable for those who wish to utilize the center for up to 11 days.

You can use the space for a maximum of 11 days, making it ideal for those seeking a workation experience.
👉 For detailed application methods, you can check on the official KakaoTalk channel or the Busan Workation website.

Operating Hours and QR Check-In Tips

The operating hours of the base center are from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays, while satellite centers operate from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Lavalse is available 24 hours.

It is safer to check in at the center than at the accommodation. This reduces the possibility of forgetting. Additionally, refunds for accommodation costs are not given if the check-in rate falls below 60%, so it is recommended to check in twice a day: before starting work in the morning and when leaving work in the evening.
