Samsak Ecological Park located in Busan Sasang-gu is reopening its children's water play area after 6 years. From July 26 to August 24, 2025, it will be operated for free for children under elementary school age.

The long-awaited opening of the Hwamyeong Ecological Park is finally happening. The newly introduced water play area features a mixed play space and rest areas, which are expected to attract many family visitors.

The newly opened children's water play area at Samsak Ecological Park has significantly increased play and convenience facilities. Located on the Cultural Square site at 29-70 Samsak-dong, it has been designed to provide a spacious and comfortable environment. Visitors can conveniently park their vehicles using temporary parking near Parking Lot P8, P9, and the inline skating rink.
Play Facilities

The swimming facilities include a total of 3 swimming pools. Additionally, there is 1 lazy river and 3 air slides for enjoyable times. A large tube slide is also in operation.
In particular, the toddler area consists of 4 pools and includes various play facilities such as a climbing pool, rotating sled, bubble pool, and water soccer field.
Convenience Facilities

The cooling rest area will be set up in a 40㎡ container type. A large tent rest area will also be created with a size of 40㎡. A total of 50 Mongolian tents will be installed, with restroom facilities including 1 male, 2 female, and 1 accessible restroom. Additionally, there will be 1 shower room for both males and females. The operations headquarters and medical room, as well as a break room for safety personnel, will also be implemented.

The water play area will operate in 3 sessions per day. Each session can accommodate up to 1,500 people.
The eligible group is children under elementary school age, and adult supervision is required.

The third session is from 3 PM to 5 PM.
There is a 30-minute cleaning and shift change time between each session, and operations are suspended every Monday.
Participation is divided into 1,000 people by advance reservation and 500 on a first-come, first-served basis, with no usage fee.
