The 2025 first half marine healing tourism program will be held from May 17 to July 12 at 7 beaches and parks in Busan.
This program will take place every Saturday and Sunday, and participants can experience various healing programs against the backdrop of Busan's beautiful sea and parks.

This first half of the year will offer a variety of healing experiences through four main programs: beach yoga, sunset pilates, sweat beach, and ocean running. These programs provide participants with comfort and time for rejuvenation.

Program Introduction: Healing Time Against the Sea
1. Beach Yoga
This program is held every Saturday morning at Gwangalli Beach, a representative site of Busan. Participants can gather their minds and bodies in the cool sea breeze and start an energetic day against the beautiful backdrop of Gwangandaegyo Bridge.
2. Sunset Pilates
The pilates program held at Haeundae Beach during sunset time relaxes tired bodies and minds. Participants can strengthen their muscles while enjoying the beautiful sunset, providing an opportunity to achieve harmony of body and mind through pilates movements. This experience in nature offers a special healing time.
3. Sweat Beach
This newly introduced program involves high-intensity strength training on the beach. It combines crossfit, step box, and circuit training to help enhance physical strength using the resistance of sand. This program is particularly popular among fitness lovers and aims for strong muscles and enhanced physical fitness.
4. Ocean Running
This is a special running program held against the coastal backdrop.
Participants can choose between 'slow running' or 'goal-oriented running' and can experience stress relief and improved cardiovascular function while running along the shore.

Sound Walking
This program provides a healing experience by walking while enjoying nature, capturing the sounds of nature through headsets and microphones. Held at Yeongdo Amir Park, participants can rediscover their inner senses while enjoying a variety of natural sounds like the wind and birds.
Yacht Retreat
This special program provided at North Port Aquatic Park offers participants the opportunity to meditate at sea while riding a yacht. Through sound therapy and singing bowl meditation, participants can find peace of mind amidst the gentle waves and enjoy a tranquil time away from urban hustle.

All programs operate on a reservation basis, and reservations can be made at BusanHealing.kr.
The reservation start date is May 9, and those who pre-apply during the period from May 9 to May 16 will receive a 50% discount on participation fees.
